FULL REFUND
Groups wishing to cancel/postpone the confirmed property rental date must notify the Word of Life office no less than one month prior to the booked date in order to obtain a full refund.
PARTIAL REFUND
Half of the property rental fee will be refunded with two weeks' notice given to cancel/postpone the booked date.
NO REFUND
Any group canceling/postponing the confirmed booking with less than two weeks' notification will receive no refund of property rental fees. (Weather-related cancelations excluded)
Property rental dates may be postponed to an alternate date only one time with the original payment.
