Booking Procedure

Groups wishing to book Grace Island for 1 day or 1 week at a time should check the availability dates on the calendar on this page.

Information on this page should be submitted to reserve dates. Grace Island Staff will respond in five working days to your Booking Request. They will confirm availability and send a "Booking Code" to complete the "Online Application".

Groups approved for booking events on Grace Island should fill out the "Online Application" within ten days after approval to secure dates requested.
